User Account

Funds held in a User Account expire when the account holder does not log in for 180 days. Expired funds can not be redeemed. When User uses funds to access private areas of a Girl, the credits requested is sent to the Girl as a form of bonus. The amount of credits sent to the girl varies from girl to girl. HourGirl.com is not responsible for the material uploaded on the private sessions of the girl’s profiles. We are only responsible for handling the transaction. However we strongly suggest that users make a report about inappropriate/misleading private galleries. HourGirl.com will investigate and a reaccredit into the User Account Balance might be applicable but not guaranteed.

HourGirl Account

A HourGirl account is designed for the ones interested in listing their profile and also be able to receive points or awards on the sale of the private galleries. A HourGirl Account can be Basic or Premium. A premium level requires membership fee and offers extra features not available for basic members as shown in the page “Get more from HourGirl.com” . HourGirl.com works on a pre paid system and you must have funds available in order to use the services provided by the site. Funds deposited are non refundable. Each girl is allowed to have only one HourGirl account. An HourGirl Account can be suspended in case we find out that a second HourGirl related to the same person has been opened. An HourGirl can create public and private galleries. All pictures uploaded can only portrait the Girl herself and she must have rights to use the picture. Any issue regarding the inappropriate use of images in this site will be addressed to the Girl who uploaded this material. Any public picture can not have any kind of x-rated content otherwise account can be suspended. X-rated content is allowed only on in Private Galleries. When creating a private gallery HourGirl must answer correctly the questions regarding the picture being uploaded. (Does the picture uploaded show face? Does the picture uploaded show frontal nudty?) Wrong answers might enforce the closure of the account. Any credited generated from the sales of access to your private galleries HourGirl.com. The balance shown in a HourGirl account is not a legal statement. HourGirl.com does not owe that balance to any HourGirl Account Holder, this is an award that might be given to the HourGirl member throughout services provided by the site such as Account Upgrade and Marketing support. Any additional award might be given to the girl as long as we believe that this award to her will bring to us more business. For every sale of a private gallery there is a deduction and the remaining part automatically shows up in the girl’s balance in a form of credits. This deduction may vary from girl to girl and from sale to sale without previous notice. As stated above, those credits can only be used throughout services provided by HourGirl.com. Credits can be held from accounts that we believe are not legitimate. Proper documentation such as governmental issued photo id might be required in order to verify Girl’s identity and make her eligible to use the credits.

Monitoring of Information pictures

Your continued use of the Service now, or following the posting of any modifications to this Agreement, will constitute a binding acceptance by you of this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications.

Governing Law and Severability

This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Each of the provisions of this Agreement shall apply to full extent permitted by law, and the invalidity in whole or in part of any provision shall not affect the remainder of such provisions or any other provisions.
